Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — they are never a substitute for income. 999pd believes that genuine enjoyment lasts only when gaming stays within limits and decisions remain in your own hands.

Protecting every player on our platform is our priority. That is why we provide tools and guidelines to keep you informed and safe. Read this page, understand it, and seek help whenever you need it.

Age Limit Is Mandatory

999pd is for people aged 21 and above only. We verify age when an account is opened. Allowing underage individuals to play is strictly prohibited. If you know of a minor using this site, please notify our support team immediately. We will move quickly to close that account and take the necessary steps.

Is Gambling Causing Problems in Your Life?

If you notice that betting is having a negative effect on your financial, family, or mental life — stop right away and seek help. When the enjoyment of gaming turns into anxiety, it is no longer entertainment.

Our Protection Tools

Deposit Limit

Set the maximum amount you want to deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once a limit is set it takes a short time to come into effect, and increasing it requires a set waiting period. This is the most effective way to protect your budget.

Time-Out Break

Want to take a break for a set period? Using the time-out feature you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 1 day to several weeks. No bets or deposits are possible during this time.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need to stop playing, apply for self-exclusion. Once it is active, your account will be deactivated for a long period or permanently, and no promotional communications will be sent to you.

Betting History Review

You can log into your account at any time to view your complete betting history. Staying aware of your own spending is the first step in responsible gaming.

24/7 Support

If you have a problem at any time, contact us via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our Bengali-speaking support team will listen to any concern you have and help you activate the right tool.

Account Verification and Security

To ensure SSL encryption and fair play, 999pd verifies the identity of all accounts. This protects your account from unauthorized access and ensures secure transactions.

Signs of Problem Gambling

If any of the signs below apply to you, it is time to seek help. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of awareness.

Being unable to stop even after spending beyond your budget and feeling the urge to place more bets.
Repeatedly increasing your bets to try to recover lost money — known as "chasing losses".
Hiding your gambling from family or friends, or lying about your betting activity.
Neglecting daily tasks, family responsibilities, or work to keep playing.
Using money meant for bills or essential expenses on betting.
Repeatedly failing to stop playing despite trying to do so.
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you are unable to play.
Taking out loans or borrowing money from others to fund betting.

Habits for Healthy Betting

💡 Keep This in Mind Before You Start Betting

Only wager money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
Before each session, set a fixed limit on both time and money.
Never bet when you have been drinking or when you are under emotional stress.
Do not make betting your only entertainment — spend time on other hobbies and activities too.
Activate a deposit limit before you play — it is an easy way to protect your budget.

✅ Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

There is no strategy that guarantees a win — all games are determined by chance.
Avoid placing more bets in the hope of recovering money you have already lost.
Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
Review your betting history from time to time.
Contact support as soon as you feel any concern — it is better not to wait.
